Have you ever met someone new and right from the start things did not go right?
You did everything right, you were nice and attentive, but somehow you could just tell that the person simply did not like you?
And that left you baffled because it did not make any sense to you.
You kept asking yourself, what have you done wrong?
NOTHING, you have done nothing wrong and it’s not your fault.
Your rising sign might be the one to blame here.
And that’s why it might be important to find out what it is and how to know your rising sign.
Have you ever felt that you were too sensitive for this world?
Have you thought that you were bothered by too many things to live a peaceful life?
And, have you been angry with yourself for feeling this way?
If you said yes to the above questions, you are not alone.
You feel deeply and you feel the pain of the world.
This sounds all great and noble, but try living a single day feeling so much pain?
Have you ever wondered if you could just leave the world behind and simply fly away?
Most of us have days when you feel down and depressed. Nothing in the world makes any sense. No matter what we try or how much effort we put in, it all seems hopeless. No one knows how bad we feel and there is no point in trying to explain it. Nothing is enjoyable and nothing can make you smile. You feel like you are drowning and that you don’t matter.
There seems to be no earthly solutions for fixing the way we feel.
How many times a day you use the word “hell”?
I don’t know about you, but when I actually started paying attention, it is more times than I care to admit.
Do you ever pause to ask yourself if hell is a bad word and if it’s appropriate to use it as freely as we do?
Before we can answer the question is hell a bad word, we must first define the word hell. According to Wikipedia, hell is an after-life location in which evil souls are subject to punitive suffering, often torture, as eternal punishment and death.
You want to be more spiritual in your life but have you ever worried that you will have to choose between being spiritual and abundant?
“We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.” – Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
Being alive means we are on a spiritual journey whether we consciously realize that or not. There is no denying that there is more to this life than our bodies and what we can experience through our senses. Although many people still choose to be oblivious to the spiritual aspects of ourselves, more and more people are waking up and contemplating the metaphysical aspects of life.
We all had those days when out of the blue you start feeling uncomfortable.
All of a sudden, there is an unsettling feeling at the bottom of your belly, and you can’t seem to shake it off.
At first, you try to ignore it, but it just won’t go away.
Instead, the discomfort seems to be getting bigger and worst until it feels like pain.
You try to put your finger on it, but you can’t.
In more extreme cases, the pain becomes unbearable.
Nothing specific hurts, but you are just in pain.
This is emotional pain.
Let’s explore together how to get rid of emotional pain?
Good feelings, bad feelings, and everything in between. Feelings are a constant companion and they pretty much shape the overall tone or mood of our lives. But why do we have feelings? Where do feelings come from? Why do we need feelings? Given the enormous role that feelings play in our lives, answering those questions might literally change your life or at least provide a road map to dealing with your feelings.
What Are Feelings?
The definition is not as simple as it might seem. When we say feelings, are we referring to the psychological experience or the bodily sensations? The actual definition of feelings is quite complex. Feelings as the psychological
Fear, how well do we all know that feeling?
We take it for granted and not realize that we would have a different life if we were to question fear and achieve going beyond it.
Fear in spirituality plays a major role; it is the block to a new perspective, to a higher dimension.
We all imagine life without worries and fear. A life full of light, energy, and flow. We don’t always realize that life like that is possible.
It takes strength and courage to look fear directly into its eyes and use your power of focus to transcend it and go beyond it.
What Is The Voice Inside The Head?
There is a voice inside everyone’s head. If you live a busy life, you might not even realize that it’s always there. But if you have ever tried to mediate or sit quietly for a minute, you are definitely aware of the voice constantly speaking in your head. The voice can be quite ruthless or very comforting at times. It could sound as your worst enemy or your best friend. It can make you cry of feel really happy. It could keep you up for hours not allowing you to fall asleep. If you are like me, you might have wandered at times about it. What is it? Where does it come from? What is its purpose? Should I listen to it? So, what is the voice? Most people identify with the voice as themselves. Most people think the voice is who they are.
Are you in a lot of pain that you can’t exactly pinpoint?
Are you just uncomfortable in life?
Could it be that you are awakening and this is spiritual awakening pain?
Spiritual awakening is a painful process. The deep darkness and suffering seems to be a never ending stage. In one of my previous posts I talked about how this feels very much like a depression . At times the pain seems unbearable, yet life must go on. Trying to run away from the pain is not the goal here and it should be avoided. Finding ways to embrace and deal with the negative feelings and emotions can lessen the spiritual awakening pain.
