We all have asked this question at one point or another, why do I feel broken?
Many practical answers were given to the why we feel it and how to overcome this feeling, but I would like to propose a different approach.
What if that feeling of being broken is actually the beginning of a life changing process for you?
What if this is the first step to a spiritual awakening?
What if that feeling means that you are ready to explore different aspects of life?
Are you brave enough to explore where this road might lead you?
If you are like most people, you have asked more than once: is the ego good or bad?
Also, like most people, you have probably wondered why should we judge the ego as bad, why can’t we just embrace it and work with it.
And that exactly is the power that the ego has over you and everyone else.
The attachment to it and the unwillingness to first objectively examine it and finally to let it go.
I woke up in the middle of the night totally disoriented and not knowing where and who I was.
What was clear was the pain that I was feeling.
The urge to run for the bathroom as diarrhea was threatening to explode and the gag instinct about to make me throw up.
I was trembling and my legs were too weak to move.
My heart was pounding so fast and so hard, I was sure it was going to come out of my rib cage.
As I started crawling toward the bathroom, I was sure that I will not survive this night.
I was sure I was going to die tonight.
Everything is energy.
Sometimes the lower energy gets trapped in our homes.
We clean our physical homes on a regular basis, why not attend to our homes on the energetic level as well?
If you do that, you will feel much better, your home will feel better.
You will feel happier, lighter and more energetic.
Let’s look at how to clear negative energy in the house in the most effective way.
It’s only humans that have the need to feel special.
The animals and the nature do not seem to have the need to feel special.
Why is that?
Do they know something that we don’t?
Together, let’s explore why do we want to feel special?
What does that mean for us?
Can that be changed?
And should we try to change that?
I heard that phrase for years and for the life of me I could not understand what it meant.
I have a pretty good comprehension of what doing is, my whole life is doing.
But when it comes to being?
What does being mean?
How do you do being?
It wasn’t until years later that I caught a glimpse of the difference.
Who doesn’t enjoy a good venting session?
We get to express ourselves and release the wound up energy.
We feel better right after and just assume that venting is good for us.
But do we ever pause and ask ourselves, is venting healthy?
Is venting good for us?
If you are like most people, you struggle to be still.
You have heard of the amazing benefits of meditation and you have tried to sit still but you find it’s extremely hard.
There just seems to a million more interesting and more important things to do.
But if we want to discover a new world within us, we need to learn how to be still.
You have heard the call, otherwise you would not be reading this.
Follow the voice, it will get louder as you learn to be more quiet and sit in stillness.
Did I know the person I was marrying was a narcissist?
I had no idea, I didn’t even know what a narcissist was at the time.
But life takes us where we need to go and I ended up married with a narcissist for over a decade.
And the price I paid for it was enormous.
For as long as I can remember, I loved trees.
As a child, I used to climb them and spend hours sitting in their branches.
As an adult, I don’t climb them anymore but I hug them and lean on them and chill under them in the summer months.
With time, I realized that I learned many life lessons from the trees.
As I spend time with them, silently they “whisper” words of wisdom to me.
